The staff at Knoll Animal Hospital is top notch. They treated us with Grace and genuine Compassion on our one and only visit there. We had to let go of our Miniature Dachshund Phineas after 15 1/2 years. He hadn't been in good health for a little while  and took a bad turn that day. 

We took him over to Knoll to get an exam .. we had very little hope and the Doctor confirmed that he was a very  very sick little man and so we concluded that the only choice we could make was our only choice. 

Dr. Maas and the staff were incredibly kind during the process. The clinic is essentially a house with a backyard, this is where we were directed too. We were able to have the whole family present as well as Belly and Brady so we could say our goodbyes, unfortunately time catches up to all things. It was hard and incredibly sad to let our boy go but the folks at Knoll helped to make it at least bearable  with their Grace and Compassion. Thank you so very much.

This is my dog's clinic ever since we got him. So far, so good and it has been over two years. It is a fear-free clinic and they are super patient with my dog, Koko who apparently has some anxiety. We were advised to take anti-anxiety meds prior to visits to ensure Koko stays calm during the examinations and ensured us that it is safe to take. Everyone is very nice, polite, and friendly. The inside of the clinic is clean. Good parking spots. It is a pretty busy clinic so sometimes it takes 2 weeks before you can get in for a consultation/appointment. They offer emergency visits though if need be. All doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I love Dr. Maas, she is our personal favorite! She is thorough with her examination and answered all my questions and concerns with patience. She offered good suggestions to find the root of the problem. I can see and feel that she really cares. Clinic visits, exams, and tests are super expensive so I suggest getting a pet insurance. Also, this clinic offers membership plans and preventive care plans. I really do appreciate the hard work, love, good treatment, and kindness this clinic gives to our beloved animals.

We have been taking our cats here for years. Great staff that is passionate about animals and their care. Dr. Clark is our personal favorite. We have always appreciated their honesty and good treatment of our cats.

I just want to thank everyone at Knoll Animal Hospital for always treating me so kindly and always answering all my concerns. I adopted some kittens last year and Dr.Duran was amazing with them. When my little guy Anakin got ill; Dr. Duran showed me so much empathy and explained everything to me with patience. I will forever be grateful for the way the staff and Dr. Duran treated me. My dog Crowley is an anxious fella and has experienced extremely stressful situations at the vet. We've been through vets who don't understand how fearful he is. He's screamed his way through exams while being forced down... he's been sedated for exams... its always unpleasant visits.  We decided to look for a new vet again and was provided a suggestion to look for a clinic that is "Fear Free Certified" and we found knoll. We made an appointment and our appointment was this morning. I wish I remember names but our technician and doctor... but they couldn't have been more patient and understand of Crowley's fears. They came in with such love and treats!!!  Lots of treats. For the first time ever.... The vet was able to do the exam and get his shots in without him getting scared. I could've cried. I'm so relieved to finally find a vet who understands how to handle him.  It's a big weight off our shoulders.

Knoll Animal hospital has been amazing. My baby boy Stanley was feeling ill. They got him in quickly and are empathetic, thorough and reasonable. They do a great job of keeping you informed and make you a part of the process. They understand that these are not pets but family members.  Even the phone staff is amazing! I highly recommend the basic membership which pays off in 2 visits.  

They have curbside service and late hours. Since my baby was left overnight they even texted me a pic of him with a call. I have seen Dr Knoll and Dr Duran and both are just amazing.

I highly recommend Knoll Animal hospital after searching and calling different Animal Veterinary clinics I came across this clinic and from the moment they answer the phone to my whole entire in person visit everyone was very professional, attentive, caring, sweet and awesome staff. Having a new puppy and making sure you pick the right place for all their healthcare needs is extremely important. With our current Covid-19 circumstance their protocol is truly safe! I Can  definitely see how pets and costumers safety is their priority. I waited outside during registration, but the nurses were so welcoming and helpful that right away I had the trust to let them take my puppy with them because I knew she will be in good hands, and while my puppy was getting her exam, All my concerns were addressed over the phone by Dr. Clark she was very thorough and helpful she answered all my concerns :) I can truly say I'm very happy I found the right place.
